Novel dimeric capsules are generated from the noncovalent assembly of 5, 10, 15, 20-tetrakis(4-N-ethylpyridiniurmyl)prophyrin (TEPyP) and tetracarboxyl-phenyl calix[4]arene. The self-assembly system was investigated based on UV-Vis absorption and fluorescent spectra. The factors affecting the interaction process including pH and concentration were examined in detail. The association constants between TEPyP and calix[4]arene were determined by the nonlinear least squares fit. The results showed that the basic medium is favourable to the interaction and electrostatic interaction was determinate in the processes of self-assembly process. Recognition of sheared and normal DNA by a novel metal complex [Co(phen)2hpip]3+ (phen=1,10-phenanthroline, HPIP=2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)imidazole[4,5-f][1,10]phenanethroline) is studied by molecular modeling. Calculating results indicate that, this complex can specifically recognize DNA segment of sequence –MMNNMM– (M means mismatch base pairs and N means normal base pairs). Intercalating from minor groove between the middle normal duplex into the sheared DNA with the depth of 1.2 nm is of preference and enantioselectivity is observed. Comparison on the two DNA structures of optimal conformation and analysis on the interaction between DNA and the two tail ligands of the complex show that, the effect of the two neighboring mismatch duplexes on the structure of the middle normal base pairs and the steric interaction between the mismatch duplexes and the two tail ligands of the complex are the essential reason to the segment specificity. Investigation on the detailed energy terms indicate that, in effecting enantioselectivity, the electrostatic distribution of the complex is in the majority and steric interaction is at the next place. But, steric interaction is surely the only factor determining the intercalating from minor groove.  相似文献

The interaction of rutin and venoruton (troxerutin), with alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrin (CD), hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) and methyl-beta-cyclodextrin (M-beta-CD) was investigated by reversed-phase thin layer chromatography on polyamide plates. A mobile phase consisted of NH(4)OH; NH(4)Cl buffer solution containing various CD concentrations (pH = 9.7, 20 degrees C) was used as mobile phase. The equilibrium constants (K(f)) and the retention factor (R(f)) were determined and used to study the inclusion process. The in fluence of CDs on the solubility of rutin and venoruton was characterized by R(M) values and the increasing hydrophilicity of drugs. The results show that the inclusion capacity of cyclodextrins follows the order HP-beta-CD > M-beta-CD > beta-CD > gamma-CD, and rutin is more easily included by the studied cyclodextrins than venoruton. In addition, the thermodynamic parameters (Delta H, Delta S) for the formation of complexes were obtained from the van't Hoff equation, displaying the enthalpy-entropy compensation effect.  相似文献

We investigate wave mixing effects in a phononic crystal that couples the wave dynamics of two channels – primary and control ones – via a variable stiffness mechanism. We demonstrate analytically and numerically that the wave transmission in the primary channel can be manipulated by the control channel's signal. We show that the application of control waves allows the selection of a specific mode through the primary channel. We also demonstrate that the mixing of two wave modes is possible whereby a modulation effect is observed. A detailed study of the design parameters is also carried out to optimize the switching capabilities of the proposed system. Finally, we verify that the system can fulfill both switching and amplification functionalities, potentially enabling the realization of an acoustic transistor.  相似文献

Statistical inference is developed for the analysis of generalized type-II hybrid censoring data under exponential competing risks model. In order to solve the problem that approximate methods make unsatisfactory performances in the case of small sample size, we establish the exact conditional distributions of estimators for parameters by conditional moment generating function(CMGF). Furthermore, confidence intervals(CIs) are constructed by exact distributions, approximate distributions as well as bootstrap method respectively, and their performances are evaluated by Monte Carlo simulations. A miniature mid-infrared (mid-IR) methane (CH4) sensor system was developed by employing a wide-band wire-source and a semi-ellipsoid multi-pass gas cell. A dual-step differential method instead of the traditional one-step differential method was adopted by this sensor to tune measuring range/zero point and to suppress the additive/multiplicative noise. This method included a first subtraction operation between the two output signals (including a detection signal and a reference signal) from the dual-channel detector and a second subtraction operation on the amplitudes of the first-subtraction signal and the reference signal, followed by a ratio operation between the amplitude of the second-subtraction signal and the reference signal. Detailed experiments were performed to assess the performance of the sensor system. The detection range is 0–50 k ppm, and as the concentration gets larger than 12 k ppm, the relative detection error falls into the range of −3% to +3%. The Allan deviation is about 4.65 ppm with an averaging time of 1 s, and such value can be further improved to 0.45 ppm with an averaging time of 124 s. Due to the cost-effective incandescence wire-source, the small-size ellipsoid multi-pass gas cell and the miniature structure of the sensor, the developed standalone device shows potential applications of CH4 detection under coal-mine environment.  相似文献
